Can someone please tell me what the ending for Outlast 2 means?

Not entirely sure about it all myself but I have an idea. Lynn probably wasn't really pregnant as the previous game establishes 'phantom pregnancies' which would then kill the female patients. That's why there were only male patients at the MM asylum. Pretty sure that the Murkoff tower + radio waves were what caused that (backed by the baby not having a shadow and how sudden the pregnancy is etc) and, as Blake got closer to the tower, his mental state progressively got worse. Maybe this helps??
